This was the second most requested review so here it is! I was initially drawn to this product because of its interesting name, I’m not a huge fan of CC creams but this was a pleasant surprise. I purchased this as a sample as I wasn’t too keen on buying the full sized product without trying it or having access to any reviews.
Basically… It’s a Colour Correcting (CC) cream and as you blend the product out, the colour should adjust to your skin tone to achieve a good colour match.
The Good Stuff: Coverage is medium and does not look cakey when layered to provide heavier coverage. The colour it blends out to is a neutral shade and the more it is blended out, the darker it becomes so I do think it is suitable for a range of skin colours. There is a slightly floral scent (as is typical of Korean CC and BB creams) but it isn’t too strong and the scent fades as the day progresses. It does say it has an SPF protection of 30, but it’s still best to use a separate sunscreen under it.
Issues: I can’t say there are any issues I could find with this product other than perhaps the smell. It’s nothing offensive and does fade (as mentioned above) but I’m too used to having no scent in my BB cream as my staple BB cream has no scent so I’m just not used to having a scent in my CC/BB creams.
In a Nutshell:
Love: Medium coverage, builable, does not cake
Do not love: The scent – but it seems I’m just not used to scents right now!
Repurchase? Probably not.
I rate it: 3.5/5 It’s a good CC cream with decent coverage, but nothing that really Wow’s me.
